My Background in Real Estate
I am a real estate broker in Miami affiliated with Supreme Capital Real Estate. My work involves representing buyers, sellers, renters, and property owners across Miami-Dade’s residential market.
Working across single-family homes and condominium properties has reinforced a practical point: every decision begins with the individual property. Location, condition, building, view, lot, current competition, and the client’s objective all affect the advice I give.
I also work with clients based outside the United States. In those transactions, I account for remote coordination and documentation while keeping property decisions with the client and specialized legal, tax, lending, and inspection matters with the appropriate professionals.
How I Approach a Property
I start by understanding the client’s objective, timing, and decision criteria. From there, I look at the property itself and the relevant comparable sales and current competition—not just a broad Miami market label.
For a purchase, that analysis helps frame value, offer terms, and negotiation priorities. For a sale, it informs pricing, positioning, and how the property should compete with what buyers can choose today. I explain the evidence and tradeoffs behind a recommendation so the client can make the final decision with a clear view of the reasoning.

When a decision belongs with an attorney, lender, inspector, tax advisor, or other professional, I keep that distinction clear while coordinating the real estate process.

I am affiliated with Supreme Capital Real Estate in my role as a real estate broker. Clients work with me directly, while the brokerage provides the professional framework for that representation.
Depending on the property and objective, that work may involve buyer representation or seller advisory. I work across Miami-Dade, including Coral Gables, Brickell, Pinecrest, Miami Beach, Coconut Grove, and surrounding residential communities, without reducing a property decision to a neighborhood label alone.
